30-Minute Brown Sugar Roasted Butternut Squash Delight

  • 2 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 tspground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel the butternut squash, cut it in half, scoop out the seeds, and chop into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Toss the cubes with olive oil, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Optional: Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
