Ingredients
- 4boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cupsoy sauce
- 1/2 cuphoney
- 1/4 cupketchup
- 2cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoondried basil
- 1/2 teaspoondried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoonred pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoonscornstarch
- 1/4 cupwater
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl,whisktogether soy sauce,honey, ketchup, minced garlic, basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Place the chicken breasts in the Crock-Pot and pour the sauce mixture over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into the Crock-Pot. Increase the heat to high and cook for an additional 30 minutes to thicken the sauce.
