Ingredients

  • 1/2stick unsalted butter (1/4 cup)
  • 3 cupsmini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupheavy cream
  • 3packets apple cider drink mix (0.74 ozeach)
  • 3 cupswhite chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cupcaramel bits or squares
  • 1 1/2 tbspheavy cream (additional for the caramel)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan withparchment paper.
  2. In asaucepanover low heat, melt the butter. Add marshmallows, sugar, and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in apple cider drink mix.
  4. Add white chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour into the prepared pan.
  6. In a small pan, melt caramel bits with additional heavy cream, then drizzle over fudge.
  7. Use aknifeto swirl caramel into the fudge.
  8. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours, then cut into squares.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute with vegan marshmallows, coconut cream, and vegan chocolate.
Use a low heat to prevent the chocolate from scorching.
