2 1/4 cupsall-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
1/2 teaspoonsalt
3/4 cupunsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 cupbrown sugar, packed
1/2 cupgranulated sugar
1large egg
1large egg yolk
2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
1 cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cupdried cranberries
Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar, then beat until blended. Add the egg and yolk along with the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently.
Fold in the chocolate chips and cranberries.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, then cool on a wire rack.
