- 1/2 cuppopcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoonscoconut oil
- 1/4 cupunsalted butter
- 1/3 cuplight brown sugar

- 1/4 teaspooncinnamon
- 1/4 cupdried cranberries
- 1/4 cupchopped pecans
- 1/4 cupwhite chocolate chips

- Make Caramel Sauce: In asaucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add brown sugar, maple syrup, and salt, stirring until smooth. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 4 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
