Ingredients
- For the Biscuits:
- 1package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
- 1 tspgarlic, minced
- 1 tspItalian seasoning
- For the Crab Filling:
- 1lb cooked lump crab meat
- ¼ tsppaprika
- ½ tsponion powder
- ½ cupmayonnaise (add more if needed)
- 1 tbspmustard
- ½sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
- For the Lemon Butter Glaze:
- Butter, melted (as needed)
- 1 tsplemon juice
Instructions
- Follow the instructions on the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix package. Stir in garlic and Italian seasoning to enhance the flavor.
- Mix together the lump crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mayonnaise, mustard, crushed Ritz crackers, and Parmesan until well blended.
- Preheatovento 375°F (190°C). Divide the biscuit dough into small portions and press to form a base in muffin cups or on a baking sheet. Add a spoonful of crab filling on top of each, then cover with another layer of biscuit dough, sealing the edges.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. While baking, melt the butter and mix in the lemon juice. Once baked, brush the biscuits with the lemon butter glaze.
Notes
Make sure to drain the crab meat well to prevent the filling from being too moist.
