5 cupsGolden Grahams cereal
4 cupscrispy rice cereal
457 gramsmini marshmallows, divided
85 gramssalted butter, melted
0.5 teaspoonvanilla extract
45 gramssemi-sweet mini chocolate chips
56–90grams fun-size milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces
0.5 cupGolden Grahams cereal (for topping)
Instructions
Prepare the Surface: Begin by lining your 23 x 33 cm baking dish with parchment paper and coat with non-stick spray.
Melt the Butter and Marshmallows: In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat, add vanilla, then mix in all but 1.5 cups of mini marshmallows until smooth.
Combine Cereals and Marshmallows: Add crispy rice and remaining Golden Grahams, folding gently, then add reserved marshmallows.
Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in mini chocolate chips and gently mix.
Transfer and Cool: Spread mixture in prepared dish, top with remaining cereal, marshmallows, and chocolate bars; let cool for 15-20 minutes.
