  • 4 cupscrispy rice cereal
  • 457 gramsmini marshmallows, divided
  • 85 gramssalted butter, melted
  • 0.5 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 45 gramssemi-sweet mini chocolate chips
  • 5690grams fun-size milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces
  • 0.5 cupGolden Grahams cereal (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Surface: Begin by lining your 23 x 33 cm baking dish with parchment paper and coat with non-stick spray.
  2. Melt the Butter and Marshmallows: In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat, add vanilla, then mix in all but 1.5 cups of mini marshmallows until smooth.
  3. Combine Cereals and Marshmallows: Add crispy rice and remaining Golden Grahams, folding gently, then add reserved marshmallows.
  4. Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in mini chocolate chips and gently mix.
  5. Transfer and Cool: Spread mixture in prepared dish, top with remaining cereal, marshmallows, and chocolate bars; let cool for 15-20 minutes.
