  • 23tablespoons soy sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Spring onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Have all ingredients ready and within reach.
  2. Cook Eggs: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large pan, add eggs, and cook, stirring until set. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté Vegetables: In the same pan, add remaining oil, onion, and garlic. Sauté until translucent. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until just tender.
