  • 1 1/4 teaspoonspeppermint extract (or more to taste)
  • 1/8 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 4 3/4 cupspowdered sugar, plus extra for dusting
  • 3 cupsdark chocolate candy melts
  • 1/2 cupholiday sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk with peppermint and vanilla extracts until combined.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until the mixture becomes thick and dough-like.
  3. Form small disks from the mixture and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate candy melts, then dip each frozen disk into the chocolate, coating it fully.
