- 1lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 cupcornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoonsalt
- 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
- 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
- 3 tablespoonshoney
- 2 tablespoonsketchup
- 1 tablespoonsesame oil
- 2cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoonrice vinegar
- 1 teaspoonchili paste (optional)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce,honey, ketchup, sesame oil, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and chili paste in asaucepanover medium heat. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
