  • 4 ounces(113g) unsweetened baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups(400g) granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup(20g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4large eggs
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoonsalt
  • 1 ⅓ cups(162g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ cupChristmas M&Ms
  • ¼ cupChristmas Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan lined with aluminum foil.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter and chopped baking chocolate in a large mixing bowl in the microwave until fully combined.
  3. Mix in the granulated sugar, then crack in the eggs and add the vanilla extract and salt, whisking until smooth.
  4. Sprinkle the cocoa powder and flour over the mixture, folding gently until just combined.
  5. Spread the batter into the pan and top with Christmas M&Ms and sprinkles.
  6. Bake for 25-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs and cool before slicing into bars.
