- ¾ cuplight corn syrup

- ½ cupchopped walnuts
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet withparchment paper.
- In asaucepan, combine sugar, water, and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat until the mixture reaches 260°F.
- Beat egg whites to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
- Gradually pour the hot syrup into egg whites, beating continuously. Add Jello gelatin and beat until the mixture holds its shape.
- Fold in walnuts and drop by spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet. Allow to set for 1-2 hours until firm.
