This delightful Oreo Banana Bread combines the comforting flavor of bananas with the beloved crunch of Oreos. A perfect snack for those days when you’re craving something sweet yet satisfying!
Ingredients
- 2ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cupmelted butter
- 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
- 1large egg
- 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cupsall-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoonbaking powder
- 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 10Oreo cookies, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat yourovento 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl,whisktogether all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
- Combine Everything: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Add Oreos: Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour and Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with aspatula. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool: Remove from theovenand allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to awire rackto cool completely.
