Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat yourovento 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl,whisktogether all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Combine Everything: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Add Oreos: Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  6. Pour and Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with aspatula. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool: Remove from theovenand allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to awire rackto cool completely.
