Instructions

  1. Prepare Pan: Line an 8-inch square baking pan withparchment paperor lightly grease it.
  2. Melt Ingredients: In a mediumsaucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and butter over medium heat until the butter is melted. Turn the heat to low and add white chocolate chips, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Add Cookie Mix: Mix in the sugar cookie mix until well incorporated and smooth.
