  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
